Date: 25/09/2021From the first contact on the phone to completion of the job they absolutely nailed it. When I called In I was greeted with a very kind and polite csr who was very informative. Once my ticket was booked I received a notification and was able to confirm the booking. I was called the day before service as a reminder of our appointment. When the technician arrived, he was very polite. Walked around the house to inspect the carpets. I showed him the worst areas and he went right to work. He took the time to answer all questions that we had. He was very thorough with his cleaning and had great attention to detail. I will be using this company from now on because of the exceptional experience we had from start to finish.
Date: 02/09/2021Excellent service. I was moving into a new apartment over the bank holiday and found that the previous occupants had failed to clean it...particularly the carpets. I managed to get NO1 Carpet Cleaning to come at short notice before I moved in. The owner himself came to do the clean. Very professional and very friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough.
