In 1989 Dawn Skrbic established a small business, working from home in the balloon decorating industry, which was a small but developing industry at the time. She called it Abracadabra.
Through a lot of hard work and always upping her game Dawn was able to grow her business and cliental. Due to customer demand, Dawn incorporated wedding decorations and special effects into her developing business, becoming a licensed pyro technician.
