AGA has a very convenient online service for sending inquiries. You can send a request even at night, the guys will process the request fast and will try to help. Apparently they have 24 hour a day customer service support during weekdays. If you want to save money, you can ask for aftermarket parts. They offer many alternative brands for CATERPILLAR at a very reasonable price.
