***NEW YEAR SPECIAL*** $70 to service a blower system or $240 for a yearly contract (4 services per year) // $120 to service a sand filter system. Includes chlorine, if used.
MORETON area $80 to service a blower system or $280 for a yearly contract // $130 to service a sand filter system.
$695 for a treatment plant PUMP-OUT where we will be onsite to supervise to ensure the manufacturer's recommended desludge and refill instructions are followed. This is important to lessen the likelihood of the plant's concrete walls or the seal cracking from too much weight of [waste]water on one side.
$60 to test septic sludge levels.
$165 for a Pre-purchase Condition Report on the treatment system (plant and land application area) located on a property you might be considering to buy.. Repairs can be costly, know what you a buying.
