$70 to service a blower system or $240 for a yearly contract (4 services per year) $120 to service a sand filter system. Includes chlorine, if used.
MORETON area - $80 to service a blower system or $280 for a yearly contract $130 to service a sand filter system

$695 for a treatment plant PUMP-OUT (does not include refilling). We will attend onsite to ensure the manufacturer's recommended desludge/refill instructions are followed. This is important to lessen the likelihood of the plant's concrete walls or the seal cracking from too much weight of [waste]water on one side
$60 to test septic sludge levels
$165 for a Homeowner Pre-purchase Condition Report on most brands of treatment system (plant and land application area). Repairs can be costly - know what you are buying.
