Our boutique fully equipped Pilates Studio located in the beating heart of Sunshine Beach provides highly experienced, certified instructors with extensive education to bring you the quality, consistency and safety you deserve. Our Small Group Studio Classes(3-4 pax), Privates and Duets allow for more individual attention and better communication between you and your instructor resulting in an overall better experience for you. We can provide the support and education you need in achieving better posture, more strength and flexibility, overcoming pain, enhanced sporting performance. Pre/post pregnancy and any individual goals you might have. Our onsite Osteopath can also help those with chronic health conditions or those recovering from injury and needing specific rehabilitation.
