Worked for these rats for almost a year before the stress and pressure they piled on me caused me to quit. They don't care what your skills or experience are, only how many hours you can put in every week so they can max out their cut of your wage. Lied about "flexible hours" and "great work-life balance" during interview process and then flatly denied any request to reduce my casual hours even though your contract states they MUST offer a minimum of 20 hours a week. No empathy at all when I required surgery, and started harassing me to return to my full hours well before I was fully recovered, to the point of holding fortnightly "attendance review" meetings and even issuing written warnings. When I left, I was the last one from my 20 person training group even still there, the other 19 had already left because of issues with these people. Don't do it.

I worked internally here and absolutely hated it. The worst job I’ve had by far due to the toxic management. Poor salary for the hours actually worked, bullying from the general manager to staff and some recruitment consultants to potential candidates. They are absolutely discriminatory when recruiting. Personal questions asked in interviews that have absolutely no relevance to the role.

Racist. Incompetent recruiters. I am taking them to fair work.

Negative minded questions on the form for group interview Woolworths online. Don’t know even how to put a question on a form. Not even got internet to share with the group interviewees. Wanted to use own resources. Data( internet) , devices. This was the second time I went to a group interview organised by this horrible recruitment agency.Do not waste your time. Don’t provide information to just to sit on their databases. I think if no one attend their group interviews; they will try to restructure their business model; which is usually to the job seekers in the community. Think twice before you attend a group interview organised by citrus group. Horrible recruiter. You will never find a job.

I was discriminated towards the area I came from . I reside in chester hill & I’m no where near Fairfield area , but unfortunately I felt like I was forced over & over again pressuring me with calls / texts to get the covid test every 3 days each time I had the interview. I was travelling to Mascot coming from Sefton , after my 3-4 of interview process when I was about to start in the filling week , I receive a phone from the requirement telling me I wasn’t successful ( when I asked where I may have went wrong - as I seem confident getting this far . She just said sorry I know it’s something you don’t wanna hear ….. Been treated like garbage waste/ respecting their requests with getting covid test every 3 days - they showed NO EMPATHY, they have no clue what that even means to people . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE being let down after chasing me with messages / calls for a test , and that’s the kind of treatment I receive from them ( shameless act - I gave all I could for that interview. I guess I have no choice but to escalate this further !

I worked internally. The management were awesome, they supported me when my mum got sick with Covid back in the UK. Was one of the most stressful times but made easier by the team. The management helped me with my ticket as I couldn't afford to get home. Best place I have ever worked

Worked internally here. Management are complete bullies, horrible toxic work environment. Would not recommend. The recruitment girls were lovely.

I applied to this agency during Corona, and knew i was overskilled. I found the team professional and supportive even though the role i applied for was not suitable for me. They have since reached out for other roles but i have gone back to my job. Highly recommend

Have been the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They stuff you around and when it comes to dealing with it they avoid you. Very unprofessional.

Very bad agency. Same jobs advertised always. They won't even call you for an interview even you have experience.
