Yoga burn

I am into day two of my 6th week of my calorie deficit. For weeks one through 3 I wasn't exercising beyond my daily dog walks. I adjusted my BMR and calorie deficit to replicate the 6lbs I lost. Week four I started working out 3x's per week - moderate weight lifting and moderate cardio. At starting of week 5 had lost a complete of ten lbs, however needed to attend till this weekend to form my adjustments primarily based on whatever I lost in week 5.
