Here at Carmen Smith, we offer our clients the best yoga in South East Melbourne. Our yoga is only minutes away to those living in Cheltenham, Bayside, Braeside, Mentone, Dingley Village, Mordialloc, Parkdale, Aspendale, Edithvale and Chelsea. We hold regular classes, four times a week at 9.30am on Monday & Thursday or if you prefer an out of hours class we have one at 7am on Wednesday or we have a class at 7pm on a Thursday.
