Date: 18/09/2020Salt pools Camberwell do not provide a customer service excellence, they are NOT RECOMMENDED!!! They are never on time and pool stages are never completed as scheduled always excuses never any accountability and pool timing gets blown out and no aftercare. But the expectation of being paid on time is expected by salt pool even if they are not delivering to satisfaction. Not professional!!!!

Date: 11/09/2020Not recommended - unreliable and not a great end product for the headaches received throughout. Richard and Astrid have no idea how to project manage and I may as well of paid myself to project manage. Wish I had of listened to my friend not to go with these guys!!!!!
Date: 11/09/2020Salt pools Camberwell- Astrid you wonder why you can’t find your clients reviews on your records because you guys are untrustworthy and people are afraid of coming back to a pool that is purple etc or property ruined. Why would anyone be comfortable leaving a bad review fearing the barrage they will receive from either husband wife or mini me. You guys have no ACCOUNTABILITY and therefore cannot accept any constructive criticism!!!!!!
