there is whole bunch differ root vegetables in there as well as I get the big
ass bag of frozen veggies a Costco this road bike to and I just throw in a you
know couple handfuls these frozen veggies and blended up with some frozen berries
as well it's cool to have some frozen berries inhere cut gives it a bit more
beds a pleasant taste I mean if you're just plain up revenge doubles and your
protein powder in a way to me that’s that's still okay but it's nice to have
the sweetness up some expiries in there so I blueberries raspberries Blackberry
things like that throw testosterone
