If you've got both of these things, you will still have to present them to US Virgin Islands Travel Screening so that they may provide you a credit card. The one issue is that the credit card will be good for a single trip. If you are unable to submit the required documents or charge cards, the company will still need to verify your passport number. They will issue you a passport amount that has to be valid for six months.
