Teddy's Tree Services were asked to come out and give a quote. A climber arrived and proceeded lopping without giving a quote or waiting for acceptance of terms. Supervisor arrived later and claimed that the earlier worker started without him knowing. Removed two trees that required Council approval without gaining approval. Removed full tree instead of reducing to a trunk. Claimed termites were in wood and that all material had to be removed and taken to the tip. Did not identity the type of termite. Then gave a price for the work. No evidence of qualifications or insurance. Preyed on a vulnerable pensioner who saw the 20% discount ad, which in the end was not honoured. Stay clear, do not use this business.

Unprofessional Hides behind fake names and changes company names on a regular SCUMBAG Stay away from this con artist

If i can give this gutless coward a minus 10 this still would not be enough Let me start by saying stay away from this bastard Adam and his team are the most unprofessional bunch of DOGS i have ever come across He left 3 x 20m plus gumtrees on my front lawn with some logs weighing excess of 4tonne To top it off hiz excuse was he didn’t make an money on this job He took advantage of my wife and had her pay him before the job was completed He was trading as Teddy Tree service which i have now found out is the rebirth of tree north services his name isn’t Adam it’s Nabil the lying DOG DO NOT use this guy he is a pure con artist and this company is currently being de registered as of 19/12/19 i had seen online Wish i knew this before i had him do my job I wouldn’t trust this scumbag as far ad i can throw him STAY AWAY !!!!

Disgusting people and company. We made an ENQUIRY 3 weeks ago for Mulch (did not order it) gave some details over the phone to be told no we can't get you any. Ok, no problem we left it and continued to search around to find on Monday afternoon the incompetent operator has dumped 18 cubic metres of Mulch out the front ontop of our neighbours lawn and fence squashing all the plants along the fence. When I rang the number on the add I spoke to a lady who asked me to send photos through straight away, which I did. Within minutes a guy (ADAM) rang me back denying it asking if it was "his boys" and not someone else making the delivery but we have the neighbours as witnesses who seen these idiots pouring it ON THE FENCE. I told him we received NO CALL or EMAIL to confirm we were getting Mulch as we were told 3 weeks prior there were none available. This guy told me I would receive a call back to discuss how there were going to fix the damage to the plants and fence and surprise surprise no call back. I wonder if this will get their attention because they have ignored me and not tried to apologise or fix the issue, I have reported this to the POLICE for ILLEGAL dumping as we never ordered this in the first instance. Strong advice stay clear of these gutless idiots because when something goes wrong they won't own up to it.

Very impressed with the whole experience with Tree Shore Expert from organising a quote, to communication and setting up a date to lop our big tree, to stump grinding and completion. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. We were also able to keep the mulch and use on our garden for no additional cost. It was also a pleasure dealing with Adam's office team, making the whole experience easy and seamless. We would not hesitate in recommending them and would definitely use their services again.

Firstly I will say they did a good job with the front gum, it was a hot day and they cleaned up most with the exception of some mulch dumped on our front garden which we didn't ask for but it will be easy to spread around. However with our back gum the job was not completed and they left quite a bit of dead wood on the tree and branches were not cleaned up, some even dumped in the back park. We contacted them to advise that the job was not complete, that branches were left and small trees were not pruned correctly as well as a lot of cuttings left. They advised that they would come out and complete the job. 1st time, no show, no call, we had to ring them, 2nd time, no show, no call, we called them again, 3rd time, no show, no call. I have rang them again to leave a message on a mobile that is never answered, always diverted and u have to leave a message, hopefully the job will be completed one day. Ensure u check the job thoroughly before paying the bill!

Thoroughly enjoyed their craftsmanship and dedication to detail. The job they do is much harder than it looks and I was blown away by the positions they get into. Would highly recommend

Tree Shore Expert is no expert at cutting down trees professionally. They leave some mess as well as damaged my brick wall and one or two plants. Not coordinated as only the tree lopper came first. He proceeded to cut down the tree and dropping the cut limbs all around the tree being cut and thereby caused the damage mentioned earlier. The tree lopper then proceeded to the backyard tree and just cut down the tree about 1 metre height to let the whole tree fall without doing it in stages! Then when the cleanup crew came, they did not clean up everything. Only the second day was the mess and some remaining branches were taken away. Please be careful when dealing with this company as they do not seem to respect your place.

Just had dealings with this company when they caused damage to my property. Whilst I witnessed the damage and the evidence was clear on their vehicle, the person bare faced denied it and then broke into a yelling match. When the neighboring client pointed out how obvious it was that they had caused the damage, they still denied it. I contacted head office who said they would have someone from the crew come to see me to fix the issue, but the crew has gone. Seems to be a culture of liars that I would not want working on a job for me.
