When arriving in the UK, all UK passenger drivers MUST fill in the UK Passenger Locator form. This applies whether drivers are participating in passenger or freight movements, and proof of that activity can be requested. It is important to remember that the UK Passengers Security Act is strictly enforced. Failure to comply could result in a fine or even a custodial sentence. Additional action could be taken if the form is not completed correctly or if there is evidence that activities were carried out. A record of any actions taken and any driver stopped while filling out the form will be kept.
