As a Coach and Hypnotherapist, my goal
is to provide you with the best possible treatment in a supportive and
nurturing environment. I hold this journey so dearly and deeply within my heart
to help others, find peace in moving forward, and discover who we are and why
we are here on this magnificent planet.
As I’ve experienced profound levels of expansion and growth,
I now enjoy walking this path in helping others to redefine themselves through
self-awareness, grace, and higher knowing.
At Mindelation, a multi-disciplinary practice, I use several
modalities to deal with different issues. I will closely observe how your
conscious and subconscious minds interact and impact your beliefs, behaviors,
and attitudes.
I am not stern in the kind of therapy/treatment I use with
you; each person is unique, and I personalize your sessions to meet your
specific needs. Rather than depending on a single intervention method, my
treatment is more diversified than others, and I combine strategies from a
range of evidence-based sources.
