This company has been cited by Fair Trading for consumer fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They sold me shoddy goods which broke right after I received them. When I contacted them, they claimed I'd voided the warranty (without ever seeing or even asking to see the item). They don't take PayPal because PayPal offers buyer protection. They will sell you junk and duck out when it breaks. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS.

I ordered a Lowepro Rover AW II Grey Backpack from these guys on 19/04/2014. I had no communication from them other than an email saying my order had been placed. I decided to call them on 30/04/2014. I was told then that they had some technical difficulties and my order had been mislaid (they had still deducted the money from my credit card however). I called again on 3 occasions to chase the order and was told that they needed to check with the dispatch team. I was promised a call back on 2 occasions and received no call. Today 6/5/2014 a bag arrived in the post, unfortunately this was not the bag I had ordered. I called them again and they told me that no bag had been delivered and asked if I was sure it came from them. They then asked me to send a picture of the bag that had arrived. I did this and asked for someone to call with a resolution by 1pm (2 hours). After 1pm I tried to call 5-6 times from my home number with no success. My wife called from her work number and got through immediately. I then received and email with an unreadable screen shot from what looks like their ordering system. They claimed that they were still having problems. I called to say that the screen shot was unreadable and was pretty much meaningless and they hung up. I tried to call back another 5-6 times from my home number with no success. I called from my daughters mobile and got through immediately. I asked why they were not taking my calls and explained that the service they were providing was not good enough. They hung up. No return call or message came. On the last call that I actually got through (I had to call from my work VoIP number) I asked to speak to a manager and was told that their managers do not take calls and the phone was disconnected again. At no time was I abusive or anything other than firm. I have called all the numbers shown on their website and on their email. Some go straight to voice mail which is never answered. Others ring out. The rest go straight to Marie. At no time have I been able to speak to anyone other than her. I then sent an email to them asking for a full refund and for them to arrange collection of the bag they sent. The only response I got (via email) was that the support person (Marie) was still waiting for a response from her "manager". If management really cared about this problem they would have responded when it was first escalated on 4/5/2014. I have now lodged a dispute via my credit card provider. The price they advertised was very good. However they never delivered the correct product. I have now wasted a significant amount of my time with this and will probably have to waste a lot more before I get the item I ordered or a refund is provided. I guess if it seems to good to be true it probably is. I sincerely hope that anyone reading this review can avoid the difficulties that I have experienced with this organisation. I just wish that I had checked these guys against this website before I placed the order. Lesson learned.

I ordered a lens and paid for an express delivery. I too believed this was an Australian based company. The lens did not arrive within the specified time for an express delivery. The Company has refused to reimburse me. They failed to provide the services that I paid for.

AMENDED REVIEW: I ordered a camera from these people in early September, and it took four weeks to reach me, even though I had paid for express delivery. They lied to me on one occasion, saying it had been sent and then said that hadn't been a lie, that they had never said that. Their web site make it seem that they are located in Australia, so I invested in a three-year extended warranty, but they then admitted that they are in Hong Kong: the warranty is a FRAUD. I demanded and got a refund of my express post charge, I demanded and was promised a refund on the warranty, but it has not come.
