Date: 30/03/2015Very unprofessional. Rodney (their mobile mechanic) came to do the Safety Certificate on my car, pressed on the back a couple of times and said "it doesn't bounce right, I can't give you a roadworthy".
I went on to get the car checked by another mechanic who said everything was fine and gave me the roadworthy certificate. When I called MrRoadworthy to get a refund, Kelly (the secretary) was quite impolite and hung up on me.
