Absolutely incredible course! With heaps of information to get you grounded! Absolutely amazing as a novice to discover such energy! Great course for a journey for a novice, coming from no knowledge, to someone who wants a refresher! Jeremy is a great teacher, who has a good balance. Something to be used in health, but even just a way of living life to give you balance through all the good and bad
