The Georgia Pre Registration process is the first step in registering a company in Georgia. This process requires two sets of certifications: the "Resident Certificate of Registration" which proves the company's permanent residency in Georgia, and the Commercial Activity Certificate, which certifies that the business is engaged in activities in the United States. Two business cards will be required for the process.
