During over forty years as a Psychologist, I have helped very diverse individuals and couples with very varied problems. My approach is oriented towards problem-solving, and often entails Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy and liaison with the client’s GP. I am an accredited couples counsellor, and have a graduate qualification in Hypnotherapy from a program jointly administered by the Austin Hospital and Melbourne University Department of Psychiatry. I have a Pharmacy degree, which facilitates collaboration with medical practitioners about how best to help clients on anti-depressants and other psychotropic medications.
