Date: 27/01/2017Shocking put offs and not doing what they say. Ordered early December and no replies to emails and phone service drops you out. How do they stay in business. My contacts led me to think I was hijacked onto a spam site as never had this treatment, is it photoboomshop I am on???

Terrible technology licensed from overseas, and has numerous errors and choke points. Could not proceed past the first stage with an order, and when deleting a pending order, it deleted our entire book. Lost 30 hours of assembly time with their clumky, fidgety software from overseas. virtually no service staff, and useless on trying to unravel what happened. You have been warned!
Date: 27/11/2012This company is absolutely hopeless – I do not recommend using them. It has now taken me a whole week to speak with someone about finalising my photobook. The people on the service desk are incompetent and ridiculously slow.
