The customer service was excellent - This company team was very friendly, completed a thorough inspection inside while Pest control Wollongong worked outside. This company explained the process and provided advice along the way and best of all displayed a good sense of humor while doing it! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else and intend to continue using them in the future.
Date: 16/05/2019I highly recommend pest control Wollongong for any pest problem. The response to my request was immediate and thorough. When Technician (the exterminator) arrived, he looked into every nook and cranny until he found the point of entry and started from there and didn't stop until he felt he had covered all possibilities of the problem continuing. Easy going and a pleasure to work with; excellent value for money.

Date: 25/04/2019These guys were great. We had some sort of small bug infesting rice and grains in our pantry. First spoke on the phone and they were patient and walked through many different scenarios. I ended up bringing in specimens for them to identify and they gave me great advice on how to take care of the problem myself, free of charge! Honest and helpful.
