Pest Control

The job: Treatment of a property prior to settlement. We indicated that we wanted to be present during the treatment. Alex went there WITHOUT telling us, at 6 AM in the morning. Did something (there was a sticker on a cupboard and we noticed some bait) but what? There were a lot of ants inside and outside (at the base of the walls) and after the treatment we only got more. When we complained he was annoyed and told us to come back after 6 weeks. When we did and mentioned in an email the ants were still there, he replied with a oneliner ("inside or outside?") and then it was silent. Didn't answer the phone after that. Only after we sent a less friendly email he called us.. giving us a lecture about attitude and respect, really becoming nasty, shouting, unfriendly. I BEG YOUR PARDON???????????????????? We paid $150, we expect the job to be done properly and when not, to be treated with respect and to have a solution sorted out. We don't want to get a call in which we are told that we have an attitude, that we are rude, that we apparently are not in Australia for so long, that...etc etc. Absolute negative experience. We were warned: make sure that you are always present when they do the treatment.. now we understand why.
