I am a Los Angeles native, raised with a passion for cooking since the age of six. Entirely self-taught, I embarked on a culinary journey, exploring the nooks and crannies of France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Israel, and Thailand to hone my skills.

Fast forward 25 years, and I've crafted the finest recipes for my two children, Jade, who is 10, and my energetic daughter, Ynez, who is 6. Throughout my culinary career, I've had the privilege of cooking for a diverse range of individuals, from the elite and famous to down-to-earth people I'm grateful to have met.

Cooking has been my gateway to a wealth of knowledge and refined skills. I express my passion, love, and positive energy through the food I create. It's a dream come true that people now address me as Chef. I've had the opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of clients, introducing them to a world of delicious and healthy food options.
