The packet of entry forms consists of three copies. One copy is for personal use and the second for forwarding to the Embassy of Turkey. The third is for delivery at the Budapest post office. The three copies of the packet contain 45 characters. The first two pages are reserved for affixing the visa stamps (entry visa, exit stamp, onward stamp, and visa debit card). The remaining pages of the packet of entry form can be written by the applicant or a designated representative.
