Alan Barnett is Principal of Talent Point Pty Ltd consulting in organisational, leadership and cultural strategies. With over 25 years in senior Human Resources positions, Alan’s experience spans every facet of organisational and human resource planning, most recently as head of Human Resources in Asia Pacific for one of the world’s leading healthcare companies.

 

Together with knowledge gained in private and public sectors across construction, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing / distribution and education, Alan works at the leading edge of Human Resources practices.

 

Alan’s extensive experience in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the US, enables him to provide high-level solutions to organisational, leadership and cultural initiatives. His pragmatic style ensures the alignment of these solutions with business objectives. With a focus on developing behaviours in support of organisational goals, a significant part of Alan’s work has been in the alignment of leaders and teams behind business strategy.

 

Alan’s recent assignments include leadership coaching, cross-functional team development, horizontal organisation structures, team alignments, leadership development, cultural change programs, restructures and critical human interventions.

 

Alan has tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He is an accomplished facilitator supporting leadership development programs in Australia and Asia.
