Radiantly Slim All it takes is selecting healthy foods in common sense amounts and just getting some activity in a few days a week. Fruits are more caloric than vegetables because they contain more sugar. If you have any medical condition whatsoever or are taking any sort of medication, do yourself a favor and run any vitamins you are considering taking past your doctor or pharmacist first just to be on the safe side. But I only weigh once a week, that way it shows a much better look at your progress.
