Rapid Slim why that's bad there's definitely a lot of people
who are asking about it recently so I'm curious about your your take on it yeah
it's a fun fun area of interest to me because there's just so much you know
good good information coming out these days that's really challenging
conventional ways and I think early on I sort of had the seed planted to know
better than to just continually feel on sugar and I still bought into the goos
and the gels and the sugar based fuels but I still wasn't the type of person.
