says you can do like try to catch yourself in that moment to snap out of that train of thought and come back to your senses but I have to do that constantly I would do the dishes and I would float off into some pattern and mostly it would end up really negative and I would be like look at the dishes look around you keto x factor  look at your hands look outside to get myself back into the present moment but now since I've started eating better for myself there's this big sense of calmness around I don't stress out my head is pretty much empty trout they idea of course I do think of things but they don't take over my day they don't stress me out of that it doesn't make me feel bad so yeah I'm looking for more questions right now
