      Alpha Brain Instant      The 3rd thing I discovered, was that our brains need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night. This is ENORMOUS! Your brain will not fire neurons appropriately should you become so tired you can't see directly. Change your habits, change your Cognitive Booster schedule, change anything you are able to in order to get more sleep. Obviously, I'm still a programmer so, while I'm working, a throw in a touch of legend in now and then, for my own fulfillment and without permitting it to affect my deadlines. One of my favourite fun ways of finding the brain fit and purposeful is poi poi - stick on the word in Google and you'll find a lot of advice on what it does and how to begin.
