This situation typically seems on the scalp, elbows, knees, palms and soles. In a fungal infection, however, white spots appear at the nail or they get discolored or dark, a powdery Cellogica (chalky) substance can be visible on the bottom of the nail and the portion under the unfastened nail might also thicken, consequently lifting the nail. The nail may end up brittle and fall apart and the encircling pores and skin may scale or shape blisters and scabs.
