Alpha Muscle Complex I would recommend keeping in some hit cardio it's fast you get your heart rate up usually sessions are going to be maybe minutes long max if you're doing minutes odds are you're probably not doing hit correctly you shouldn't be able to do it that long you're supposed to be going all-out balls to the wall dry heaving almost like unable to catch your breath that's hit training where you're really pushing the exertion um so I would highly.
