Reduced-intensity workouts include light jogging, strolling, training, etc. If you're not "inshape", you be performing more of the latter. That is fine for the present time. Race for half a minute, walk to get a minute, sprint for half a minute, etc. Ride a motorcycle gradually for a few moments, drive it easily, take it slow again, etc. Try performing interval workouts in thirty minute periods a few days a week.
