man was two and a quarter so we were on a power at that point but yeah his overall weight loss of what's gonna stay the same as far as macros go so say I always say point seven grams per body weight so if when I was more in a weight loss stage my calories where I like a good deficit and now I'm kind of coming fall like in the beginning it was kind of awkward for me and I just kind of would hear and watch but I got the expect to be motivated the entire time do you know how hard it would be to stay motivated the seven months that I have gone with lifestyle change so far can you guys im Retro Vigor agine other people who have been on the lifestyle change who wanted to be healthier long term I'm sure there's days are like they're not 100% do not rely on your motivation do not rely on your feelings do not you need to rely on discipline your hard work and just simply your actions I want to eat the five cookies but I'm just not I'm just gonna go upstairs and I'm gonna go on mindfulness
