Enduro Force I am talking about eating healthy and portioning the right amounts of food so you can have 6 meals per day. I know this sounds like a lot for some and not to mention many of you will think you do not have that amount of time during your day. It is possible, you just need to plan your meals out good.
 
Phase II - Although phase 3 is where you see the big transformation happen, this is probably my favorite. In this stage you are bridging the gap between building large muscles and building defined muscles. Rusty calls this his hybrid Muscle Building phase.
