Too often skinny guys are seen pumping away at a health club doing 10-15 repetitions per set with weight lighter than a well used lady would use.  number of repetitions resulting in a large pump is good, but high involving pumping does not always help your muscles to evolve. Keep the number of reps less preferably between 7-10. As a way to gain muscle mass, it is advisable to give your muscles a reason to grow.
