Salmon is great, however don't count on it for your omega 3s. Omega oils are best not cooked. They also can go rancid with too much heat. How much dairy do you want to add into the salmon? Which kind of sauce would you use? How many other foods are you planning to include and will they have sauces or dressings? Caloreis, carbs, and even sugars can sneak into that great protein main course.
