"Brendan and Anne O’Reilly, have both lived all our adult lives in Dalby
on the Darling Downs. Brendan has worked
in hardware (specifically Mitre 10) for
34 years. Originally he was employed
straight out of high school as an assistant costing clerk , progressing through
the ranks to eventually become manager of Sunshine Mitre 10, Dalby after the
previous owner (Graham Johnson) sold his business to Sunshine Hardware.
Anne has about the same period experience in bookkeeping, working in a local
Dalby accountant and various businesses for many years. They finally found a business which they
thought would suit them both and are very pleased to have had the opportunity
to purchase Mobbs Mitre 10 in Murgon which is a very successful, thriving
business thanks to the expertise of Trevor and Rebecca Mobbs who are
retiring. They hope to build on the
hard work that Trevor and Rebecca have put into the business, and they look
forward to becoming an integral part of the Murgon community under our Mitre 10
banner."
