We all know that care of the brain is important for the grandkids. What about us--the practically or over sixtysomethings? What goes for the young ones goes for us as well! My mother used to claim that her mind used to be stuck in cement. She could on no account gain knowledge of as quickly as we (the kids) did seeing that her brain had hardened with age.
