First off, I think the Runcrafting minigame

First off, I think the Runcrafting minigame, called the Great Orb Project, is the best cash for f2p. So get 50 RC ASAP! Train Atk and runescape gold buy then Strike Men to Edgeville. Then, you can go to The Guards at the Palace of Al Kharid, and finishing off at the Flesh Crawlers in the second Stronghold of Secruity. The best place to watch Flesh Crawlers is in the South-East corner of the room.

Range: You may train this on men also, as well as at cows. Use this safe area between two feeding bowls to the south to the Lumbridge cow patch. Once you've reached around the 20 mark, move onto the Minotaurs within the initial level of the Stronghold of Secruity. Find a room that suits to your taste and then secure it by a fence.

Iron arrows drop often, so it's basically free training. About 40 or so, you can train on Hill Giants until 50. After 50, go back on the flesh crawlers located in the south-east corner room. They're located in the corner of the closest door to the wall. This can be done for both doors. (You can easily get 75 Str/Range from flesh crawlers.)

If you're looking to eat then go to world 1 where there are people who power fish, offering free trout/salmon. Magic: Learn to use the dumbies of the mage until it stops you from doing so. Once you have achieved the magic level required for a few curses. Cast these spells of curse on the Zamorak monks in the Varrock Castle, right behind the steps.

Once you have reached the threshold ( I believe it is 25) apply Curse for the Zamorak monk. Once the level is reached you can also superheat (really fast xp, and you can break even if you create bar of steel) or high alch. You can leave prayer to itself, but limit your attack to 40 (45 when you reach the 3h gravite).

Well, glacors drop three costly sets of boots - I believe they're 8M,15M and 22M. They're dropped in the average (from what I'm told - please inform me of any errors) about every 500 to 1000 kills. Glacors aren't the fastest things to eliminate (albeit they're not the fastest of all).

Lets say, then, Glacors fall by about. 15M every 500 kills. I'm using 500 since there are other runescape old school gold drops (notably shreds), so this helps to make up for drops like shards.
