Date: 08/03/2021It is like dealing with the village idiot ... and their entire family. The project was a disaster on every level. No deadlines were met and their level of creativity is about the level of a child in kindergarten. It is hard to wrap your head around the absolute incompetence in this business. It is an exhausting experience which you just walk away from!
Date: 10/02/2021If I could give them a lower rating, I would. These guys blatantly lie to get your money and then do not deliver anything on time. I felt like I was providing them with direction and guidance rather than them providing me with creative ideas. I engaged them over 3 months ago to do a logo design. I am still waiting for the final product and they won't give me a refund. The account managers are never available and requests for returned calls are never responded to. They even escalated my issue to the US (California is their head office) and they are even worse! Complete fraudsters! No matter what deal you are offered, go elsewhere!
