Platinum Removals

I had my contents stored with Platinum for 4 months, they came with pods that were loaded on site and taken to a warehouse, I never went there to check it, I never felt the need for it. They delivered the stuff to my new apartment and everything was in good other, nothing broke, the only hiccup were the screws for the fridge which were packed by the previous team and we could not find them at all. So I had to sleep on night without the bed put together and had to go to a hardware store to get new screws and had to the assemble it myself as they were not free for the next two days to do it, fair enough, the delivery was done on a Friday afternoon.

My wife and I had a lovely experience with the moving crew last week. We had thought about trying to move things on our own but even for a small 2 bedroom apartment like hours, it’s really quite tough work! I particularly didn’t want to worry about disassembling some of my furniture and getting things packed up so we also hired the packers to come by a day or two before. They are really quite considerate and helpful when they help you pack and after instructing them on one or two boxes they were pretty much auto-pilot after that. We got to sort out our final transfer of ownerships of electricity and address changes and all that while they handled all our stuff lying around. Really enjoyed having someone take over the tough work this time round and will definitely hire their packers again the next time we move.
