Terrible service and quality. You need to be a tradesman to assemble their furniture. They sent the wrong sized hardware, questioned me when I explained what happened and rudely told me they will send some more so you can give it a try. I don't expect I will complete assembly and will probably have to go through the difficult process of returning everything to get a refund.

We purchased two bedside tables for an exorbitant price of $450. In a few days time the table started falling apart such poor quality. It is shocking to see this and the customer service is worst when requesting to take back their product and refund our hard earned money they are making our lives so difficult. Very arrogant customer service. Regret every moment for purchasing from Hallam homes. We need the product taken back and refund our $450. It's no small amount for the crap given to us.
