Not a gym, we are specialists in motivation, teaching, coaching correct technique constantly with each class we take so its like personal training just in a group. Our groups are friendly, supportive of one another no matter what fitness level. We create all our own class plans which are designed specifically for the Beginners to Intermediate level - however we can also cater for those who want more!
