The Drug Detection Agency (TDDA) model is based around holistically assisting organizations identify and manage risk exposures pertaining to workplace drugs and alcohol. We specialize in drugs & alcohol policy review and development, drugs and alcohol education & training and drugs and alcohol testing.
TDDA is NATA accredited and conforms to strict Australian standards.
We have a fleet of purpose built testing vehicles which enable us to test in the vehicles, on site, anywhere in Australia 24/7. This allows TDDA to attend worksites/businesses and assist with Drug and Alcohol screening and alleviate the necessity, associated risks and loss of productivity by sending those staff to a medical centre. It also provides the company with third party impartiality of testing as recommended by the Fair Work Commission of Australia.
We also own laboratories, employ an in house toxicologist and offer legal back-up support in the event of drugs and alcohol safety incidents. Our executives sit on the Australian Standards Committee as well as the global DATIA Board, giving TDDA unprecedented access to latest developments.
TDDA training sessions will provide understanding of the effects of drug and alcohol in the workplace, obligations and responsibilities of employers and employees under the relevant Work Health and Safety Acts. Training delivery is specific to the various levels within the business from employees and middle management through to senior managers and CEO.
We have a very strong testing program and can conduct all on-site screening for blanket, random, reasonable cause and post incident testing. All random testing programs can be managed solely by TDDA to free up management time.
