Date: 27/06/2019My partner and i recently purchased a car trailer from the new Rockhampton store after buying our last trailer from their Gold Coast store 4 years ago. Highly recommend Australia Pacific Trailers on both the customer service and their product. Best of all they are still made in Australia. Thanks Guys
Date: 07/09/2017Picked up trailer, which was said to be complete on time [YES]
They connected trailer cables, which blew fuse on car, then checked on their vehicle, OK, but then abandoned me [Your problem was comment]
Some obvious issues with cabling, but had a time constraint, which had been conveyed.
About 200 km south on way to Sydney, discovered a ramp missing and second one about to depart vehicle, rescued it and rope secured. Rang Nick, said he would replace, now denying that he promised to rectify when I arrived home, 8 days later.
No stone protection on breakaway, which resulted in it being destroyed.
Jockey wheel handle and body not secured. Disappeared!
Grease nipples not secured.
Wiring in position that it could chafe.
ANSWER: Wear and tear, YOUR problem
Date: 15/03/2016ordered and purchased a car trailer. wasn't ready on time, was incomplete when I picked up, was not built to design provided, was not registered, paint was very poor quality, wiring was very poorly done no proper connectors used, axles were too long and wheels stuck out past the guards. take care with these guys. before you final pay and pick up check everything they are tough to deal with if you have a problem.
Date: 20/09/2015Take your tape measure with you. Trailer was 3" short of 7ft. 1" short of the 5ft width. Tail gate was jammed shut and screws missing from tail light. Trailer wasn't ready for pickup. Buyer beware if you complain.
Date: 01/05/2014Ordered a trailer , which I was quoted 3250, so ordered it, then a day later they ring and say it's not 3900, dodgy company, buyer beware
Date: 06/02/2014Think twice before buying a trailer from this lot! After numerous phone calls and repeated promises, they wouldn't even replace a faulty rear tail light which was discovered less than 24 hours after purchase. Worse still, I have had to respray sections of the trailer after it started to show signs of rust after only two weeks. Buyer beware!
