Here’s the ij.start.canon guide
to download and install Canon Pixma MX490 manually:-
· First of all, go to ij.start.canon to download the Canon Pixma MX490 primary driver or installation package.

After downloading the basic driver or installation
package, save it to
the Downloads folder.
·
Save the ij.start.canon installation
setup file in your device hard drive.
·
The users will need this installation setup file when the manual
setup process asks for the driver file.
·
Then, users will need to tap on the Start button and
then click on
Control Panel.
·
Tap on Hardware & Sound and
then tap on Devices & Printers.
·
Further, tap on Add
a printer.
·
Now, tap on Add
a local Printer.
