Following a number of executive roles (including some time spent in Operations Management) I have developed strong skills in planning and forecasting future needs, managing projects and change, guiding culture and engagement initiatives, and developing people and culture strategies that deliver organisational outcomes. My approach is grounded in change management principles, neuroscience and action learning techniques.
