upon listing your property with us we will undertake an inspection and document
the listing, with photographs, introducing ourselves to any tenants and
explaining our role.
2. VACANY MANAGEMENT: Should your property be vacant at the time of listing, or should a vacancy arise, we will be proactive in our approach to finding you a quality tenant.
3. RENT RATES: We offer advice on market rental rates and help you to maximize the returns you receive from your investment.
4. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE: From time-to-time your property will require maintenance. We act quickly to action a repair and we do it with a minimum of fuss and inconvenience to you and your tenants.
