Luna Trim If you're under the impression you need to exercise 1 or more hours a day for 5-6 days a week to lose weight, YOU'RE WRONG! It's unnecessary. For example, a carrot is superior for your health than a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Now, you are able to still appreciate that piece of cake, but just take a smaller portion than you typically would. Center your diet plan around entire grains, lean protein, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
